A small bistro near the Royal Mile is looking for part time and full time waiting/bar staff.
I won't sugarcoat this - especially during Fringe it's very busy and physically demanding work with long hours. Some hospitality experience would be essential as they don't have time right now to train new staff all the way from scratch.
Tips are shared fairly (which is not as much of a given as it should be).
